FAQ
Nervecept FAQ: Your Questions About Ingredients, Safety, Price and Refunds
The Nervecept FAQ answers forty common questions about the capsules, taken from the printed label and public sources. Each answer opens with the short reply. The label lists eight ingredients with amounts, contains shellfish (crayfish) and gives one capsule a day. No trial has tested the finished product, and it is not a treatment for neuropathy.

The basics01
What kind of product is Nervecept?
No question matches. Try another word.
Nervecept is a capsule dietary supplement, not a medicine. A bottle holds 30 capsules, and the label gives one capsule a day.
The answers below follow the printed label first, then public health sources. Where a web page disagrees with the bottle, the bottle wins.
Is Nervecept a drug or a supplement?
It is a supplement. The bottle says Dietary Supplement, and the FDA statement on the label says the product is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Supplements are not approved by the FDA before they are sold (FDA, Dietary Supplements).
What exactly is printed on the front of the Nervecept bottle?
The front reads Nervecept, then “Nerve Repair Formula”, then three asterisked lines: “Supports Nerve Sensitivity*”, “Promotes Nerve Function*” and “Strength in Extremities*”. It also says 30 CAPSULES and Dietary Supplement. The asterisks point to the FDA statement that the claims were not evaluated (FDA, Dietary Supplements).
Does Nervecept come as drops, gummies or tablets?
No. The label and the sales page describe capsules only, 30 to a bottle. The shell is hypromellose, a plant-based material, with rice flour. If you see a listing for drops, gummies or powder under the Nervecept name, compare it with the printed label before you trust it.
Why do some web pages describe a different Nervecept formula?
Some pages, and the sales FAQ, mention six ingredients, biotin and a blend. The printed label shows eight ingredients, no biotin and no blend, each with its own amount. We follow the label. If your bottle differs from our notes, trust the bottle and ask the order desk.
Is there any FDA approval behind the Nervecept label?
No. Supplements get no FDA approval before they are sold (FDA, Dietary Supplements). The roundel that says FDA registered is the seller's own image, and registering a facility is not approval of a product (FDA, Food facility registration FAQ). Details are on the testing and quality page.
Who is behind the Nervecept label, and where is it made?
The label lists one distributor, Gex Corporation LLP of Ogden, Utah, and no manufacturer. It says “Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients”. No factory, audit or certificate is printed. The testing and quality page explains what that wording does and does not show.
Ingredients and label02
What is in a Nervecept capsule?
A Nervecept capsule holds eight listed ingredients, 699 mg in all, and each one has its own printed amount. The amounts come from the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle.
Daily Value is not established for any line, so the panel shows no percentages. The shares in the table are our arithmetic.
| Ingredient | Amount per capsule | Share of 699 mg |
|---|---|---|
| Glucosamine sulfate | 500 mg | about 72% |
| Indian frankincense (Boswellia serrata) | 67 mg | about 10% |
| Chondroitin sulfate | 50 mg | about 7% |
| Turmeric (Curcuma longa) root | 50 mg | about 7% |
| Quercetin, methionine, MSM, bromelain | 8 mg each | about 1% each |

Can you list all eight Nervecept label ingredients in order of amount?
Glucosamine sulfate 500 mg, Indian frankincense (Boswellia serrata) 67 mg, chondroitin sulfate 50 mg and turmeric root 50 mg lead the list. Quercetin, methionine, MSM and bromelain follow at 8 mg each. Most are joint-support ingredients, and no source we cite tests them on nerves.
Is biotin one of the Nervecept ingredients?
No. The printed label lists no biotin, though some web pages mention it. If a panel you are holding lists biotin, it is a different formula, so compare it with your own bottle. Biotin can skew some lab tests, so tell your doctor which supplements you take before blood work (FDA, Biotin interference with troponin tests).
Is there a hidden proprietary blend in Nervecept?
No. A proprietary blend gives one total weight without showing each ingredient's share. The Nervecept panel prints a separate amount for every line, from 500 mg down to 8 mg (21 CFR 101.36, Nutrition labeling of dietary supplements). The sales FAQ mentions a blend, but the label does not.
Which ingredient makes up most of a Nervecept capsule?
Glucosamine sulfate does, at 500 mg, about 72% of the 699 mg listed. Indian frankincense is next at about 10%, then chondroitin and turmeric root at about 7% each. The last four lines are about 1% each, roughly 4% together.
Are Nervecept capsules vegan or gluten free?
The label makes neither claim. It calls the shell a vegetable capsule, but glucosamine is often made from shellfish shells (NCCIH, Glucosamine and Chondroitin), and the label says CONTAINS: shellfish (crayfish). Rice flour is the other listed filler. Ask the order desk if you need a gluten statement.
Safety and medicines03
Is it safe to take Nervecept with other medicines?
Whether Nervecept suits you depends on your allergies, medicines and health, so ask a doctor or pharmacist before the first capsule. Keep taking prescribed medicine exactly as directed, because a supplement does not stand in for it.
Bring the bottle to the visit. The label's own cautions and the ingredient sources point to the same short list of flags.
A shellfish allergy. Warfarin or another blood thinner, or daily aspirin or an NSAID. Diabetes, or liver or kidney disease. Pregnancy, nursing, age under 18, or surgery in the next two weeks.
Can I take Nervecept with warfarin or aspirin?
Ask the doctor who prescribes your blood thinner first. Glucosamine and chondroitin have been tied to more bleeding in people on warfarin (NCCIH, Glucosamine and Chondroitin), and turmeric may raise bleeding risk (NCCIH, Turmeric). Show the pharmacist the bottle before you start.
Can people with diabetes take Nervecept?
Ask your doctor first. Glucosamine may raise blood sugar in some people (AFP, Glucosamine questions (Pirotta)), and diabetes is also a common cause of numb or tingling feet (NIDDK, Diabetic neuropathies). A new foot symptom needs a check-up, not a guess.
Is Nervecept safe during pregnancy or while nursing?
The label tells pregnant or nursing mothers to consult a physician first. Little is known about boswellia and bromelain in pregnancy (NCCIH, Boswellia) (NCCIH, Bromelain). The label gives the same advice to anyone under 18 and to anyone with a known medical condition.
Can I take Nervecept if I am allergic to shrimp or crab?
Not without your doctor's advice. The label says CONTAINS: shellfish (crayfish), and most glucosamine comes from shellfish shells (NCCIH, Glucosamine and Chondroitin). Allergic reactions can be serious, so read the allergen line on the bottle you receive.
What side effects have Nervecept's ingredients been linked to?
Stomach upset is the most common one, for boswellia and bromelain (Tavakoli et al., Boswellia adverse events) (NCCIH, Bromelain). Boswellia can also cause a skin allergy. Turmeric in absorption-enhanced forms has been linked to liver injury (LiverTox, Turmeric). These findings come from single ingredients, not from Nervecept. See the side effects page.
What warnings are printed on the Nervecept bottle?
The label says not to exceed the recommended dose, to keep the bottle out of reach of children, and not to use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing. It also declares shellfish (crayfish) as an allergen and repeats the FDA statement.
When should numb or tingling feet send me to a doctor?
See a doctor when numbness or tingling is new, spreading, constant, or paired with weakness, falls or foot sores you do not feel (NINDS, Peripheral Neuropathy) (MedlinePlus, Numbness and tingling). Go to an emergency room for numbness with trouble speaking, confusion or loss of bladder or bowel control. Many causes can be treated.
Taking it04
How do you take Nervecept capsules each day?
Take one Nervecept capsule a day with an 8 oz glass of water, as the label directs. The label suggests 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, or as your healthcare professional directs.
Nothing on the label asks for more than one capsule, and it warns against going over the recommended dose.
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. For best results, take 20-30 minutes before a meal with 8 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.
What time of day is best for a Nervecept capsule?
The label gives no time of day. It says to take one capsule 20 to 30 minutes before a meal with 8 oz of water, so pick the meal that is easiest to remember. Your healthcare professional may direct otherwise.
Can I take two Nervecept capsules at once for a stronger effect?
No. The label says one capsule daily and warns not to exceed the recommended dose. Two capsules double every line, including the shellfish-derived glucosamine, and no source we cite tests a larger amount for nerves.
What happens if I miss a day of Nervecept?
The label does not say. Do not double up the next day, because the label warns against exceeding the recommended dose. Take the next capsule at your usual time. A pharmacist can answer for your own situation, especially if you take other medicines.
How should I store a Nervecept bottle?
As the label says, store it in a cool, dry place away from heat and light. Keep it out of reach of children. Do not use a bottle if the safety seal is damaged or missing, and ask the order desk what to do instead.
How long will one bottle of Nervecept last?
A bottle holds 30 capsules and the dose is one a day, so it lasts 30 days. The 2, 3 and 6 bottle packs cover 60, 90 and 180 days at that rate. Pack prices are in the pricing guide.
The full routine is on the how to take Nervecept page.
Evidence and claims05
Does the research support Nervecept's nerve claims?
No source we found shows that Nervecept, or any one of its eight ingredients, supports nerves. The research on these ingredients is mostly about knee osteoarthritis.
No trial has tested the finished capsule, and the product's own press release reports no clinical testing (Press release about the product). The two cards set the bottle beside the sales page.
On the bottle
Three asterisked lines and the FDA statement, which says the claims were not evaluated. The label does not promise a result.
On the sales page
A headline that goes much further, with no study cited. We quote it, attribute it and then show the evidence.
Has any clinical trial tested Nervecept?
We found no trial of the finished capsule. A seller-issued press release dated October 16, 2026 names six ingredients, gives no quantities and reports no clinical testing of the product (Press release about the product). Studies of single ingredients exist, but they do not stand in for a trial of this mix.
Have glucosamine, chondroitin or turmeric been studied for nerve problems?
The sources we cite studied them for knee osteoarthritis, and none tested nerve problems. Glucosamine results are mixed (Cochrane, Glucosamine for OA), chondroitin showed a small, low-quality pain reduction (Cochrane, Chondroitin for OA), and turmeric showed an early positive signal (NCCIH, Turmeric).
What does the sales page mean by “clinically proven”?
Nothing we could check. The headline says the product is “clinically proven to eliminate nerve pain, stop tingling, and restore optimal nerve health”, but the page cites no study. The FTC lists sweeping promises of quick results as health-scam red flags (FTC, Common Health Scams).
What are the common causes of numb or tingling feet?
Diabetes is a leading cause. Low vitamin B12, pinched nerves, thyroid problems, alcohol use, some medicines and injuries are others (NIDDK, Diabetic neuropathies) (MedlinePlus, Numbness and tingling). A doctor can test for them, and treatment targets the cause, which is why a check-up comes before any supplement.
What do reviews of other nerve supplements show?
Cochrane reviews of vitamin B and of alpha-lipoic acid for neuropathy found little or no clear benefit (Cochrane, Vitamin B for neuropathy) (Cochrane, Alpha-lipoic acid for diabetic neuropathy). Those are different products, so they do not judge Nervecept. They show how hard it is to prove a nerve benefit, even for well-studied supplements.
How do the label amounts compare with amounts used in research?
Three lines can be compared. Boswellia is 67 mg on the label, and trials used extract up to 1,000 mg a day (NCCIH, Boswellia). Quercetin is 8 mg against a 500 mg safety level (VKM, Rutin and Quercetin supplements). MSM is 8 mg against 3,375 mg a day in one knee trial (Debbi et al., MSM for knee osteoarthritis). The other five lines have no cited research amount.
The full claim-by-claim check is on the Nervecept benefits page.

What is the price of 2, 3 and 6 bottles of Nervecept?
The sales page lists 2 bottles at $79 each ($158), 3 bottles at $69 each ($207) and 6 bottles at $49 each ($294). At one capsule a day that is about $2.63, $2.30 and $1.63 a day, by our arithmetic. Confirm the total at checkout (nervecept.com sales page).
Is there a Nervecept coupon or promo code?
We found no coupon or promo code. The sales page shows higher regular prices, which we do not repeat, because a crossed-out price is not what anyone pays. Check the total on the checkout screen before you pay.
Does ordering Nervecept start a subscription?
The sales page says it is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal. That is the seller's statement, not something we verified. Read the checkout screen for any recurring-charge wording before you pay, and keep a screenshot of the terms and the total.
Which Nervecept packs ship for free?
The sales page gives free U.S. shipping on 3 and 6 bottles. On 2 bottles, shipping is added and the amount shows at checkout. We found no delivery time and no international terms, so ask the order desk before ordering from outside the U.S.
How long is the Nervecept money-back guarantee?
The sales page offers 60 days, with empty bottles accepted, and says a request can be made after at least 30 days of use. It counts the 60 days from the purchase date in one place and the delivery date in another (Sales site legal pages). See the guarantee page.
How do I ask for a Nervecept refund?
Email the sales site's support with “Refund Request” in the subject, or call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. You are then given return steps. Return shipping is on the buyer, so use a tracked service. The refund steps are all on the refund policy page.
Trust and this website07
Can you trust the information on this Nervecept website?
This website is a U.S. order-link partner, not the maker, so read it as a label readout from a partner that earns money from orders. We say that up front on the about page.
The table lists what we could and could not check.
| Item | Status |
|---|---|
| Ingredients and amounts | Read from the printed label |
| Distributor | Printed on the label: Gex Corporation LLP, Ogden, UT |
| Company named on the sales page | None found |
| Clinical trial of the capsule | None found |
| Independent review profile | None found |
| Lot number and lab report | Not verified |
Does this website sell Nervecept?
No. Mynerveceptofficial is a U.S. order-link partner. The order buttons open the brand's sales page, where the order is placed under its own terms. We take no payment and ship nothing. We earn money from order links, which is why we show the weak spots as plainly as the strengths.
Is there a lot number or lab report I can check for Nervecept?
Not one we could verify. Lot and report details reached us with no source, so we do not print them. Treat both as not verified, and ask the order desk for a report. Read more on the testing and quality page.
Do the “Verified Purchase” testimonials on the sales page count as reviews?
We do not count them. The sales page shows three testimonials marked “Verified Purchase” and says they may not reflect the typical buyer's experience. The FTC bans fake or unrepresentative reviews (FTC, Final rule banning fake reviews), so we show no star score, count or quote.
Is there a Nervecept page on BBB or Trustpilot?
We found none. No BBB, Trustpilot or Consumer Reports profile for Nervecept turned up, so there are no independent complaints or praise to cite. If you find one, email the website inbox with the link so we can check it.
How do I report a problem with a supplement I bought?
Report it to the FDA through its report-a-problem page or MedWatch (FDA, How to Report a Problem with Dietary Supplements) (FDA, MedWatch), and tell your doctor. For order problems, call the order desk. Keep the bottle, the box and the order email.
